The 34-year-old is enjoying a lavish beach break with her four sons: Kai, 10, Klay, seven, Kit, four and Cass, two and hubby Wayne.
In a candid tweet about recent pap pictures of the family, Coleen told trolls she was not pregnant and had simply "put weight on".
Sharing a smiling snap of herself and mum Colette enjoying a drink, she wrote: "Having a great time on our favourite island, so lucky and grateful to be here.
"A lot of local paparazzi on the beach as always (doesn't stop us all having fun) seen some unflattering photos out...but no am not pregnant for them asking. I've just put weight on."
Coleen was soon swamped with well-wishing comments, many of whom praised her for her honesty.
"Good for you!" one wrote, "Be happy and don't worry about the negativity! Everyone is allowed to put weight on and enjoy their holidays!"
"Haven't we all!" a second offered, "Happiness is all that counts."
A third chimed in: "Who hasn't and also who cares, enjoy your holiday with your family making memories, much more important xx."
"Enjoy having a great time," a fourth penned, "loving life and the wine, you look fab by the way!"
Coleen and Wayne have jetted out to the Caribbean island ahead of her court battle with fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy.
